What products do you offer?
Professional prints, canvas prints, custom albums/books and custom announcements and invitations are all offered as part of the package, or as additional services. Please tell us what you’re expecting and we can help tailor a package for you.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. It is not refundable. 

How long do I have to pay?
Payment must be made 14 days prior to the wedding or session date.

What is the Session Fee?
The Session Fee is $400 and includes a print credit (conditions apply). The Session Fee covers the cost of preparatory consultations to discuss your ideas for the photo shoot, the location, wardrobe and any props or settings. These discussions are informal and lead to the advertised session. The Session Fee covers up to 4 family or group members. There is an additional cost of $50 for each additional family or group member.

How long will you spend with us?
All wedding packages include coverage of your wedding day, up to 8 hours depending on the package. We start with the bride, from the time she applies her makeup right through to the reception.

Will the photos be edited?
Yes, the photos will be digitally edited and retouched. 

Will I get to choose the final prints?
You sure will. Three weeks after the session’s photographic shoot, we will meet with you so you can see the images shot, presented in colour and black and white, so you can choose your custom order.

How long before I receive my photos?
Within a month of you viewing and selecting proofs of your photos.

Can I get extra prints?
Yes, once print orders are placed your portraits will arrive within 10 working days of the order being placed.

 Will I own the negatives?
All Packages include some, or all, of the digital negatives from your session. Owning a copy of the digital negatives gives you the security of knowing you have an archival copy of your images should anything happen to your prints. It also allows you the freedom to share your images with your family and friends and to view them on your screen saver or a digital frame. Prints from the digital negatives in your package are subject to a substantial discount, allowing a generous number of custom art prints to be ordered.

Do you store negatives, and for how long?
All images are backed up in two separate locations and stored by me, there is no expiry.  So if you were to lose your prints or they were damaged please contact me.

Will you travel to where I am?
Love to! We can travel interstate, from Melbourne to Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane, for a session at your home or at a location of your choice. Group bookings incur an additional fee of $250 a group for up to two groups photographed on the one day, $200 for up to three groups, photographed across two days and $150 each for four groups photographed over two days. The travel fee for Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane is $400. Please inquire about costs for other cities. Last minute bookings may incur a higher travel fee.

 What if I’m not happy with the photos?
You won’t be. You will have an opportunity to peruse my portfolio and time to discuss your needs. If you feel the photos you see before the shoot are not to your liking, I won’t be offended at all if you choose another photographer. Due to the custom nature of my work, all fees and packages are non-refundable. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Current pricing is locked in at time of session booking & payment. 

Who owns the copyright of the images?
Copyright remains the property of the photographer. Any digital negatives purchased may be printed and shared for personal use but are provided under a signed contract that they will not be resold, used commercially or manipulated in any way.
